In an attempt to break the record for the longest Christmas Celebration in the world, Kraft Eden Cheese is launching the “100 Days of Christmas” project series – the longest Christmas celebration in the world. Through this project, a pre-selected 100 towns/cities have concocted 100 unique dishes using the Kraft Eden Cheese.
From these 100 towns and cities, 9 will be selected, where the “Keso de Gallo” will be held. Through the Keso de Gallo, the winning dish of the town will be served to the locals after the Simbang Gabi.
From the 9 cities, one will be picked as the winner. The winning town will be awarded with a seed money for their training materials and livelihood projects. Additionally, the winning town’s major landmark will be featured in the limited edition Kraft Eden Cheese boxes.
Masbate City’s Cheesy Lumpiang Sariwa
Masbate City was selected to be 1 of the 100 towns/cities for this project. Its entry is their yummiest Cheesy Lumpiang Sariwa (Fresh Spring Roll). It is a vegetable dish composed of different vegetables with a soft (unfried) wrapper garnished with garlic, onions, atsuete powder and the rich Kraft Eden cheese.
