Comprised of 3 major islands, the seat of the provincial government in this still undiscovered tourism haven is the Masbate Provincial Capitol Building. The provincial capitol building is located near Barangay Ibinggay in Masbate City, the province’s capital. Some notable landmarks nearby are the Masbate Cultural Center and the Masbate Plaza. The Rodeo Arena (Masbate Centennial Sports Complex), the center of Rodeo Masbateño Festival is also a few blocks away.
